1. Check us out
Firstly, we suggest that you read our Mission Statement, Vision, and Values. This will help in clarifying our background, credibility, and expertise. 2. Help us to help you
Secondly, we need to know as much about you and your specific requirements. You can help us in this regard by filling in our Detailed Questionnaire. Filling up the questionnaire will take some time, but please remember that it will be time well spent, as we use the same as a base to understand your business and your specific requirements. And as we bill at hourly rates, this initial effort will save time and money later.

We also encourage and welcome the communication of additional information and other relevant inputs as this would help in making our project proposal as thorough as possible.

3. Sign Up
Before we proceed with the project we require our clients to review and sign the MOU. This gives added confidence to both parties and sets the parameters for the project. The MOU shall form the basis of our association. You may wish to view our Draft MOU now.

4. Advance Payment
Normally we require 35% of the project cost to be paid upfront. But rest assured that your money is in safe hands. You may wish to review our Pricing and Payment policies in detail.

5. Understand the process
Typically, the planning and design stage takes up to 35% of the total time required for the project. It is a time consuming process and you can review the Project Process page to understand it better.

6. Exchange content and communications
You can send us detailed instructions on the content and also give us your feedback on the content we generate. Additional content and comments can be sent to us from time to time for incorporating into the design and we will start working on the basics of the site, get your approval, and go on.

7. Project Status
We enable our clients to monitor the progress on their project online. We provide a separate user ID and password so that you can see for yourself the progress of the project.
