We have multiple Pricing and Engagement Models that offer clients the maximum freedom and flexibility in working with us. Depending on your specific project requirements we offer three basic models of engagement and pricing.

Engagement Models

  1. Fixed Price Model (FP): Our Fixed Price Model enables us to present you with a fixed quote based on the RFP document. From a client's perspective, this model reduces development risks considerably and offers better budget predictability.

    The FP model is ideal for:

    • Those who have small projects with high requirement clarity
    • For projects with a clear business goal and flexibility on the technology
    • Those who need high budget predictability.
  2. Time and Material Model (T&M): The Time and Material model will offer you the services of a developer at a standard rate per hour. This model is typically useful for projects where the requirements are evolving.

    This model is ideal for:

    • Those looking for full control over the implementation
    • Those seeking more flexibility for the development
  3. Full Time Developer Model (FTD): Our Full Time Developer model offers you a dedicated, full-time developer to work exclusively on your project. The developer will work out of our Offshore Development Centre in India.

    The FTD model is ideal for :

    • Those who looking for a team with the level of experience of their choice
    • Those who need flexibility and budget predictability
    • Those who need direct control on the development since the developers work directly under them

Pricing Models

  1. Fixed Price: In this Model, the client provides the SRS (Software Requirement Specifications) and based on our study and analysis of this document, we present a fixed price estimate for the project. Our quote will contain the resources (in man hours) needed to complete the project.

  2. Time and Material Model (T&M): In this Model we will assign a team to the project. The Project Manager and the Project Lead will be interacting with the client directly. The project team will consist of multiple team members allocated to the project led by a Team Lead. Resources will be utilised based on the complexity of the task involved and will be billed at the following hourly rates.

    Senior Developer (2-3 years of experience in the specific technology) –$25/hr
    Developer (1-2 years of experience in the specific technology) –$20/hr

    In addition, highly skilled and experienced Developers with 4-5 years experience in the specific technology will be available to consult on the project and help the resources allocated to the project as required. Project management time and testing time will be billed additionally.

    This is a popular model of engagement as it mitigates the risk of a person leaving the organisation and also spreads the learning over multiple individuals. This also allows for quick scaling up or scaling down of projects based on client requirements.

    In either model we will be giving our clients access to our project management system and clients will be able to see details of tasks done, and the time being clocked by, the individual developers on a daily basis.

  3. Full Time Developer Model (FTD): All of our dedicated programmers have 1 to 5 years of experience exclusively in the specified technologies. In addition to this exclusive experience in the specified technology, most of them of them have an additional 1 to 5 years of experience in other technologies. The allocated developer will interact directly with the client team, working closely with the client. We also have a limited number of trainee programmers with less than one year of experience in various technologies.

    The rates for the dedicated resources are given below.

    Drupal/Magento/Symfony/Zend/Java/Mobile Apps

    • Developer with 1 to 2 years experience in the specific technology- $17 per hour (160 hours/month)
    • Senior Developer with 2 to 3 years experience in the specific technology- $22 per hour (160 hours/month).
    • Highly skilled and experienced Developer with 5 years or more of experience in the specific technology - $32 per hour - $5500 per month (160 hours/month).
    • The allocated resource will be working exclusively on the project.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. IST (IST=GMT+5.5hrs)
    Average monthly delivery: 160 hours of work

    .NET/PHP/Wordpress

    • Developer with 1 to 2 years experience in the specific technology- $17 per hour (160 hours/month)
    • Senior Developer with 2 to 3 years experience in the specific technology- $22 per hour (160 hours/month)
    • Highly skilled and experienced Developer with 4 years or more of experience in the specific technology - $32 per hour (160 hours/month)
    • The allocated resource will be working exclusively on the project.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. IST (IST=GMT+5.5hrs)
    Average monthly delivery: 160 hours of work

    Digital Marketing

    • Digital marketing executive with 1 to 2 years experience in the specific area- $12 per hour (160 hours/month)
    • Senior Digital marketing executive with 2 to 3 years experience in the specific area- $18 per hour (160 hours/month).
    • Highly skilled and experienced Digital marketing expert with 5 years or more of experience in the specific area- $21 per hour (160 hours/month).
    • The allocated resource will be working exclusively on the project.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. IST (IST=GMT+5.5hrs)
    Average monthly delivery: 160 hours of work
